What is Pure Privilege℠?
Pure Privilege℠ is a loyalty program that rewards you with points each time you purchase products at participating locations. Points can be redeemed for gifts, salon or spa services and even travel. Find a participating location new you here.
Does it cost anything to join Pure Privilege℠?
There is a $10 one-time enrollment fee to join Pure Privilege℠.
How do I terminate my Pure Privilege℠ membership if I no longer wish to participate?
You may terminate your membership by calling Pure Privilege℠ Customer Service at 1-800-230-8051.
Can the program be terminated?
Aveda reserves the right to suspend or terminate the program. Notice will be given online.
What happens to any points I have earned if my membership in the program is terminated or expires?
If your membership is terminated or expires, points in your account with automatically terminate.
Can my membership in the program be terminated?
Suspected illegal, fraudulent or otherwise unauthorized use of membership cards, vouchers, coupons and certificates or other activity inconsistent with our Pure Privilege℠ Terms and Conditions shall result in termination.
Does my membership in the program ever expire?
Membership will expire if a member is inactive for a period of two years or more. To remain active, members must make a purchase while logged into their Pure Privilege℠ account online or within the app, or present their membership card when making a purchase in-store or in a participating salon.

I forgot or lost my Pure Privilege℠ card, how do I find my membership number?
How to retrieve your member number:
1. In the app: select “Get Started” or “Sign In To Pure Privilege™” and select “Forgot Member Number”. Follow the directions.
2. If you don’t have an email associated with your membership: call Pure Privilege™ customer service at 1-800-230-8051.
3. Visit a participating location. You can find a participating location near you here

How do I identify myself in-store?
You must present your Pure Privilege℠ membership card (digital or physical) or your membership identification number. You may also access your membership account details on the app or Aveda.com.
How long does it take purchases to accrue in my account?
When purchasing online, points are issued when products ship. Please allow up to 7 business days for points to post to your account. In-store and in participating salons, points are applied immediately.
How do I earn program benefits?
You'll earn 10 points for every dollar you spend on products at Aveda stores, participating salons, spas and Aveda.com. You may redeem those points for valuable rewards in the app. Earn 200 points when you join in the app plus double points on your first Aveda purchase.
What are the benefits?
A Pure Privilege℠ membership allows you access to invite-only events, free sampling opportunities, exclusive offers and a birthday gift.
How does the program work?
Once you become a Pure Privilege℠ member start shopping at Aveda store, participating salons, spas and Aveda.com. Use your digital membership card in the app or your membership number to start earning Pure Privilege℠ points toward valuable rewards. Earn 10 points for every dollar you spend on Aveda products at participating locations.

Who is eligible to join?
To join, you must be at least 18 years of age. Employees of participating salons/spas, Aveda and Aveda's parent company and its affiliates, and the family members of such employees are NOT eligible to join the Pure Privilege℠ Program.
How do I redeem my Pure Privilege℠ points?
Redeem your Pure Privilege℠ points for rewards by logging into your Pure Privilege℠ account at Aveda.com or within the Aveda mobile application and choosing among your available rewards. Select "Redeem" and proceed to your shopping cart. No purchase necessary. You may also redeem your Pure Privilege℠ points at participating locations by presenting your membership card or membership identification number. Rewards only available as supplies last.
